Thank you for your interest in registering as an Exhibitor at the 2020 Southern Union Evangelism Conference. We are expecting over 300 pastors, lay pastors, church administrators, and Bible workers during the 4-day conference. Exhibitors are welcomed, but online registration is required.

Exhibitor registration is limited to 8 exhibitors. Registration ends on October 19, 2020.
Booth Assignments: Due to limited space for exhibitors, booths are assigned on a first come, first served basis to those who register online. We will do our best to grant requested space, but no guarantees. Walk-ins cannot be accommodated.
Booth Displays: Booth displays should not extend beyond the 10′ X 10′ floor area. Please respect the sightlines of neighboring booths. No exhibitor will be permitted to place signs or display products in such a manner as to obstruct the view or adversely affect the display of other exhibitors.
EC3 Committee reserves the rights to:
- Refuse the application of any exhibitor
- Ask and require any exhibitor to adjust the setup of a booth
- Limit the use of audio and visual equipment to allow for a reasonable conversation level, and determine what that level is
Wireless Internet: Is available in the exhibit area at no additional charge.
Electricity: Please provide your own power cord if needed.
Exhibitor Registration and Set-up: Exhibitor registration and set-up begin on Sunday, November 1, at 4:00 p.m.
(Please check in with onsite registration before you set-up)
Exhibit Breakdown: All exhibits must be taken down and cleared the Exhibit area by 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 4.
