Stewardship

The office of stewardship regularly conducts seminars and workshops in holistic stewardship. These workshops encourage members to become debt free and live in a financially responsible way.

The department is working with the North American Division in revising "The Personal Giving Plan." A special emphasis will be placed on reaching children so that stewardship will be a way of lifefor them as they mature in the 21st century.

Stewardship's monthly newsletter, The Stewpot, is a potpourri of practical ideas to help members become better stewards. The Stewpot is available to churches in English, French and Spanish. For more information, please contact the department secretary.

Certification in basic and advanced stewardship has also been made available through the North American Division.
