Medical / Dental

The medical/dental family of physicians, dentists, and optometrists, has grown to approximately 1800 members in our Union.

Volunteer teams made up of physicians and dentists have accepted the mission of recruiting new professionals to the Southern Union. This group travels on six to ten recruiting trips per year to different medical and dental schools searching for potential candidates. These dedicated individuals also give outstanding leadership to two of the largest Adventist medical meetings in the denomination: the Medical / Dental Congress and the Health Professionals Conference for Allied Health. Additionally, they co-sponsor "Health Career Days" at Southern Adventist University.
