People are the heartbeat of the Southern Union. The Human Resources Department supports this heartbeat by providing a resource for the employees and conferences of the Southern Union.
HR personnel are responsible for maintaining personnel and service records and maintaining up-to-date job descriptions and job openings. They also provide updates when necessary to the Employee Policy Manual. Human Resources is a liaison in coordinating programs, benefits, and policies that will establish a positive employer-employee relationship in accordance with Seventh-day Adventist policy.
