I have been married for 23 years to my wife, Belkis. Father of two girls, Zoe 11 and Alexis 13. I am passionate about the mission of the church.; I am intrigued about leading organizational change. I am passionate about cultural and practical changes so our church will become missional and effective in reaching the unchurched, dechurched, post churched and never churched people in our community. I love kayak fishing. I am a runner. I pastor Life Fellowship in Coral Springs, Florida Conference.
Brad Forbes lives in Lincoln, Nebraska where he is the director of AdventSource. He is a member of the College View Church and is a Elder and leader in Primary Sabbath School. Brad grew up on Malawi, Africa where his family was missionaries. Brad and Jennifer enjoy flower gardening, riding their tandem bicycle, traveling to new places and reading.
David B. Franklin is the lead pastor of Miracle City Church in Baltimore, MD. Under his leadership Miracle City is actively engaged in transforming the city of Baltimore. In2016, Miracle City launched its 100K Touches Campaign with the goal to completing 100k touch points in one year, they exceeded that number completing 127,569 touches in 8 months. In 2017, Miracle City launched a Community Baby Shower and gave away over 30k diapers, a Back to Block Party and provided over 500 students with school supplies for the year, and an Easter Animal experience sharing the good news of Jesus with over 500 community children. Additionally, the church renovated a local school library, established a community garden, and provided Christmas gifts for neighborhood children. Pastor Franklin believes community is the key to effectively winning cities for Christ.
Pastor Franklin is husband to Cynthia and Father to Malachi and Micah.
Jamie Jean Schneider Domm
Jamie has over ten years' experience developing and implementing results-focused digital marketing strategies for non-profits. Mrs. Domm joined the North American Division in 2016 as part of a new department, Social Media + Big Data, that connects members and mission through technology. Previously, she worked at the Smithsonian Associates, the largest museum-based education program in the world. Her work for the Smithsonian contributed significantly to the Associates becoming revenue neutral for the first time in fifty years. While at the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra early in her career, she received national recognition for her work in the emerging field of digital strategy, and the orchestra was recognized for its technological achievements in communications. Jamie is dedicated to creating digital disciples and believes that the next great awakening will be online. Therefore, she conducts online training and speaks at conferences all around the North American Division. Committed to training and mentoring young people, she recently co-taught an online course at Walla Walla University for their graduate program, and offers guidance and coaching to young people interested digital communications.
Mrs. Domm is also an accomplished musician, student of the Bible, and avid reader. Mrs. Domm was baptized into the Seventh-day Adventist church in 2007, and lives with her husband in Virginia.
Justin Khoe is a digital missionary. Known online primarily as, “That Christian Vlogger,” his Youtube videos have been seen around the world by over two million people. With over ten years of preaching, literature evangelism, and teaching experience under his belt, Justin’s current focus is to leverage social media to help reach unchurched young adults.
Cohosting the show with him is his wife, Emily. Justin and Emily aim to equip young adults to have a stronger and deeper relationship with God and to help them discover who God has created them to be. They call this way of living, “experiencing faith in the first person.”

For more than 30 years, Mark has served as designer, creative director, and strategist in one of Eastern Canada’s largest agencies, PinPoint Creative in North Carolina, and now in Jacksonville Florida. He and Tammy, his wife of almost 30 years, have 2 sons ministering in Calgary and Chicago churches.
In 1999, Bill and his wife Shirlene, planted a church in the Oklahoma Conference as laypersons. Motivated by a dream to see God grow His kingdom, this new church became one of the fastest growing churches in North America. After transitioning into full-time pastoral ministry, Bill continued to serve as the senior pastor for Adventist Fellowship until 2010.
In 2010, Bill and Shirlene moved to the northwest where he served the Washington Conference as Vice President for Church Growth.
In 2014, Bill and Shirlene accepted a call to return to full time pastoral ministry at the Baltimore First Church in Maryland. Their goal was to attempt to turn around a declining church. Through the blessing of God, the church been revitalized and is experiencing tremendous growth in ministry, baptisms and attendance.In 2018, Bill accepted a call to serve as Vice President for Administration for the North Pacific Union Conference.
Chuck Salter has a background in business as well as the faith-based community.
In his early career Salter was a small business executive in the telecommunications industry. As an ordained United Methodist minister, he has over 25 years’ experience in the strategic use of community demographic information. Salter has served as a church planter and denominational executive responsible for leading congregational development.
Salter is convinced that the MissionInsite PeopleView™ System brings essential insight and innovative solutions to faith based and nonprofit agencies seeking to engage their communities. He is committed to developing web-based solutions that assist clients in advancing their mission.
Salter serves as President of MissionInsite with the responsibility of leading the company as it builds relationships with faith based and nonprofit agencies across North America.

Roger Walter thoroughly enjoys life with Gail, his wife of 30 years and their family of eight kids and one son-in-law. Together they love rock climbing, hiking, building, growing with Jesus and reaching lost people He is the Lead Pastor of the Adventist Community Church in Vancouver, WA (USA) and the Outreach Director for the Oregon Conference with primary responsibilities of church planting and evangelism. Roger has a doctorate in preaching from Andrews University.
