Healthy EDGE!

W stands for Water.

Water – Human beings are made up of 70% water and constantly replenishing it in our bodies keeps us healthy.   “In health and sickness, pure water is one of Heaven’s choicest blessings.  Its proper use promotes health.  It is the beverage which God provided to quench their thirst of animals and man.  Drunk freely, it helps to supply the necessities of the system, and assists nature to resist disease.  Counsels on Diet and Foods pg. 419, Ellen G. White.

Our brains can not function without water. So it is very important that students are encouraged to drink water throughout the day to increase learning. We are to drink 8 - 10 cups of water a day, based on our weight. So drink, drink, drink.
